Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in the PCU float pool.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to develop and adjust care plans.
• Discharge planning and patient education consistency.
• Document care accurately and timely in the patient record.
