Job summary

Wellstar Health System is seeking a proactive RN Clinical Nurse to join the Oncology MedSurgical Unit at Cobb Hospital on the night shift (7pm–7am). You will be part of an interdisciplinary team delivering individualized, high-quality, safe patient care in a 28-bed adult cancer care unit.

The role emphasizes evidence-based practice, professional nursing standards, and collaboration with care managers and leaders under Wellstar governance.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing or Diploma in Nursing; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Current RN license (single state or compact) required at hire.
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum 6 months of RN experience with direct patient care preferred.
• Excellent English language literacy and basic computer skills.
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills are essential.
