Job summary

Wellstar Health System’s Cobb Hospital is seeking a RN Clinical Nurse for the Oncology MedSurg Unit. The role involves delivering high-quality inpatient care during night shifts (7pm–7am) in a twenty-eight-bed unit serving adult cancer patients around the clock.

Requirements include an RN license (GA or compact), at least 6 months RN experience, and a professional commitment to evidence-based practice. Sign-on and relocation assistance are available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or nursing diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• RN license required (GA or compact).
• Minimum 6 months RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs the Nursing Process and provides evidence-based care.
• Provides patient-centered care and coordinates with the interdisciplinary team.
• Participates in performance improvement and shared governance.
• Maintains accurate documentation and adheres to safety standards.
