Job summary

AllianceHealth Durant is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Labor and Delivery team as a PRN Days shift. You will provide patient-centered care, coordinate with physicians and nurses, and follow established protocols to ensure safe, compassionate delivery room care.

The ideal candidate has 0-2 years nursing experience in acute care, current RN licensure, BCLS, ACLS/PALS/NRP are preferred, and a commitment to safety and education. Competitive rates and a sign-on bonus are offered.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in a clinical nursing role or student clinical rotations in an acute care setting required
• Current RN licensure in the U.S. or compact state licensure required
• BCLS certification; ACLS, PALS, NRP preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with policies and nursing process.
• Conducts thorough patient assessments and documents findings accurately.
• Administers prescribed medications and monitors for side effects.
• Assists physicians during procedures within competency and skill level.
• Collaborates with the healthcare team to develop, implement, and evaluate care plans.
