Job summary

Trellis Chino is a 59-bed short-term skilled nursing facility located off the 60 Freeway across from Chino Valley Medical Center. We prioritize patient-centered care in a modern environment with private rooms and showers.

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team on the NOC shift, with a 3 days on/3 days off rotation, supervising LVNs and CNAs while delivering care per physician orders and care plans.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Registered Nurse (RN).
• Experience supervising nursing support staff a plus.
• Ability to administer medications and IV therapies as ordered.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise LVNs and CNAs
• Provide direct nursing care by initiating and implementing treatment plans
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
• Prepare and manage IV therapy, draw blood, and administer injections
• Monitor residents' conditions using sound clinical judgment to ensure optimal care
• Admit and discharge residents as needed
• Communicate changes in residents' conditions to physicians and interdisciplinary team members
• Maintain ongoing communication with residents' families regarding care and condition updates
