Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• California RN license in good standing with current CPR/BLS.
• CPR/BLS certification current.
• Strong clinical assessment and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing staff to ensure quality resident care.
• Provide direct nursing care including assessments, treatments, and medication administration.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to physicians and care team.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation in medical records.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Participate in care planning and interdisciplinary team meetings.
• Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Make daily rounds to assess resident care and staff performance.
• Respond to emergencies and provide appropriate interventions.
• Support and guide CNAs and LVNs in delivering care.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
