Job summary

AdventHealth in Ocala, FL is seeking an experienced RN to join our night shift PRN team. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring safe transitions and high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Candidates must hold an Associate Degree in Nursing and an active RN license with BLS. You will work weekends, irregular hours, holidays, and possibly extended hours, with compensation reflecting a base rate of $41 per hour plus shift

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Florida (BLS required).
• Associate degree in nursing or higher.
• Minimum 2 years of acute care RN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, develop, implement, and evaluate comprehensive care plans with a multidisciplinary team.
• Conduct thorough assessments of goals, biophysical, psychosocial, and discharge needs.
• Manage patient transitions and coordinate with post-hospital resources.
• Administer medications, IV fluids, and treatments per orders.
• Document care and ensure infection control and safety standards.
