Competenze

• Licensed to practice professional nursing as an RN in Massachusetts.
• 1+ years of RN experience preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS in certain units.
• Nursing degree (Diploma/ASN/BSN) or equivalent preferred.

Mansioni

• Deliver nursing care in Medical Surgical units across assigned teams.
• Communicate with health care teams, patients, and families.
• Coordinate and delegate patient care activities to inter-professional colleagues.
• Update and manage patient records and data entry.
• Follow nursing guidelines and contribute to quality improvements.

Conoscenze

BLS certification

ACLS certification (in certain units)

Verbal and written communication

Basic computer proficiency

Fluency in another language

Formazione
