Job summary

Mercy Hospital South in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Med Surg General Surgery 3W. This full-time night shift (7:00pm–7:00am) includes a $10,000 sign-on bonus for new grads or $20,000 for RNs with 1+ year of experience.

Requires Missouri RN license or compact licensure, and BLS certification. Prior hospital experience is preferred; BSN is favored. Education options include ASN, Diploma, or BSN.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with one of the following: Associate Degree in Nursing, Nursing Diploma or BSN.
• RN license in MO or compact licensure required.
• BLS certification required or to be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care using the Nursing Conceptual Framework and nursing process.
• Coordinate patient care with other departments.
• Maintain patient rights and confidentiality.
