Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain care plans and ensure adherence to nursing processes.
• Supervise Licensed Practical Nurses and nursing staff.
• Perform assessments within 8 hours of admission.
• Develop individualized care plans.
• Communicate patient status to interdisciplinary team.
