Job summary

Atrium Health Lincoln is seeking a Registered Nurse for Obstetrics/Gynecology, working 7:00 pm – 7:00 am three nights per week with rotating weekends. The department emphasizes mother-baby couplet care, a level 2 nursery, and a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• RN license required or eligible in North Carolina.
• BLS certification required; other certifications may be required by specialty.
• Typically 1 year of clinical nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Engages in unit councils, governance, and quality initiatives to improve care processes.
• Uses nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Monitors patient conditions, adjusts care plans, and collaborates with the care team.
• Upholds a culture of safety and ensures documentation is accurate in the EHR.
• Administers medications and therapies per protocols when appropriate.
• Floats to other units as needed to meet patient care needs.
