Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promotes hospital image and maintains a helpful attitude toward staff, physicians, visitors, and the community.
• Coordinate and supervise nursing operations to ensure quality care.
• Oversee hospital-wide resources and respond to day-to-day operational situations.
• Act as on-site command center leader during emergencies.
• Mentor department supervisors and ensure safe, compliant care.
