Job summary

Wellstar Health System in Georgia is seeking a Registered Nurse for Night shift at Columbia County Medical Center. This is a full-time position offering 36 hours per week across three 12-hour shifts, with a sign-on bonus available.

The RN will provide quality nursing care with the patient care team, participate in performance improvement, and uphold confidentiality, safety, and professional standards. Required: BLS and active RN license; BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing (or Diploma) provides the foundational nursing credential.
• RN license required; Multi-state Compact preferred.
• BLS certification required at hire or prior to start.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate patient conditions and coordinate care plans.
• Deliver and document care per the established plan and collaborate with the care team.
• Support patient- and family-centered care while upholding confidentiality and safety standards.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and professional development.
