Job summary

Wellstar Health System is seeking an experienced RN House Supervisor for Columbia County Medical Center. The role is a full-time night shift (36 hours per week, 3/12s) with hospital-wide leadership responsibilities to ensure safe, high-quality patient care and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed RN in Georgia.
• Experience in hospital leadership and patient care operations.
• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma principles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead hospital-wide nursing operations and coordinate departments.
• Ensure staffing appropriate to shift and budgetary constraints.
• Oversee incident command and emergency procedures.
• Promote safety, quality care, and regulatory compliance.
