Job summary

Emory Healthcare seeks a qualified RN Clinician for the Night shift to deliver safe, independent nursing care in a dynamic team. You will assess patients, develop care plans with input from families, and document thoroughly in electronic and paper records.

Role requires Georgia RN licensure, BSN preferred (ADN with experience acceptable), BLS; ACLS may be required. Multistate license (eNLC) within 60 days of hire; WOC certs as applicable to department.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Georgia is required.
• BSN with 12 months of nursing experience or ADN with 2+ years experience.
• BLS is required; ACLS may be required depending on department.
• Active compact/multistate license (eNLC) within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, independent nursing care using the nursing process.
• Assess patients, develop and adjust care plans with family input.
• Document care in electronic and paper records accurately.
• Identify learning needs and provide resources to patients/families.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and act as a resource.
• May assume Charge Nurse responsibilities and orient staff.
