Qualifications

• Or graduate of an ADN program with a minimum of 2 years of recent nursing experience in the past five years.

Responsibilities

• Delivers safe, effective nursing care using the nursing process.
• Performs thorough patient assessments and documents care accurately.
• Develops and implements patient care plans with input from patients and families.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team and families to coordinate care.
• Delegates tasks appropriately and supports staff orientation as needed.
