Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of NLN, CCNE, ACEN, NLN CNEA accredited nursing program or three years of related nursing experience.
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with Indiana license via Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC).

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care consistent with professional standards and Nurse Practice Act.
• Collaborate with care teams, delegate, negotiate and manage resources to optimize patient outcomes.
• Care for diverse patient types (GI bleeds, respiratory, renal, dementia, cardiac, medical-surgical) while ensuring safety and efficiency.
