OhioHealth in Mansfield is seeking a Staff RN for the Behavioral Health Unit. This part-time night position runs 7p–7a, 24 hours per week, with every other weekend. You will provide general nursing care to patients in a 24/7/365 department and uphold Ohio Nurse Practice Act standards.

Responsibilities include assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care, with delegation to LPNs and UAPs as needed. Join a high-reliability team focused on safety, quality, and compassionate care.

Formación

• Current Ohio RN license in good standing.
• BLS certification required.
• BSN degree within 5 years of employment.

Responsabilidades

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients.
• Delegate tasks to LPNs and UAPs per Ohio Nurse Practice Act.
• Participate in process improvement to improve clinical quality and satisfaction.
