Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for a full-time night shift position. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using a collaborative approach across the care team. Responsibilities include coordinating care, documenting accurately, and upholding professional and ethical standards.

Minimum qualifications include active RN license, BLS, and transfer of any compact licenses within 60 days. BSN required by policy as updated 4/27/2025.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse.
• Valid compact licenses must be transferred to the state of practice within 60 days of the start date.
• RNs with less than 12 months of experience must obtain their BSN within four years of hire date.
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Assess physical, social, and psychological status and information from interdisciplinary team.
• Develop individualized plan of care with patient, family and team involvement.
• Direct and coordinate care delivery and delegation within plan of care.
• Evaluate patient response to interventions and revise plan of care as needed.
• Promote professionalism, ethical standards and accurate documentation.
