Job summary

CL&D Graphics LLC seeks a Rewinder Operator to support our 24/7 flexographic printing operation. You will join a night-shift team ensuring high-quality labels meet customer specs, with training provided and no rotating shifts.

Starting pay is $20.00/hour with an 8% shift premium ($21.60/hour) and a $2,000 sign-on bonus. This role emphasizes teamwork, accuracy, and adherence to safety in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Training provided; prior experience not required.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to differentiate colors accurately.
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
• Ability to read a ruler to 1/32 of an inch.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate rewind machines to produce finished label rolls.
• Inspect printed products and remove defective labels from press rolls.
• Perform rewind and inspection work according to quality standards.
• Verify finished products meet customer specifications and quality criteria.
• Package finished products based on required packaging standards.
• Perform quality checks and job verification at the press as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned.
