ProMach is seeking a Rewinder Operator to join its 24/7 flexographic printing operation located in Hartland, Wisconsin. The role involves setting up and operating rewind machines to produce quality finished labels, inspecting products, and maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

Job Responsibilities

• Set up and operate rewind machines to produce finished label rolls.
• Inspect printed products and remove defective labels from press rolls.
• Perform rewind and inspection work according to quality standards.
• Verify finished products meet customer specifications and quality criteria.
• Package finished products based on required packaging standards.
• Perform quality checks and job verification at the press as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience is not required; training is provided.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to differentiate colors accurately.
• Basic math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Ability to read a ruler to 1/32 of an inch.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
