Job summary

Brook & Whittle Ltd. is seeking a Rewind Operator to convert large rolls of printed and non-printed labels into specified quantities for shipping. The role includes slitting, scoring, cleaning the work area, and lifting up to 50–75 lb rolls

The position runs Monday–Friday from 3:30pm until Midnight, with duties spanning handling, organization, and other tasks as needed to support production and shipping.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 0–3 years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions.
• Knowledge of mechanics and hazard communication standards and MSDS.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Generally, performs single function tasks that tend to be of moderate size and scope.

Responsibilities

• Converts large rolls of labels into specified quantities for shipping.
• Slits labels into correct size if necessary.
• Completes score sheets calculating work performed.
• Cleans work area.
• Lifts between 10 and 75 pound rolls of paper.
• Bag and organize rolls on carts for shipping.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
