Job summary

Regency Hospital - Florence is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to join the team on a per diem/night schedule. You will evaluate patients, deliver respiratory care, manage equipment, and support critical care and post-ICU recovery.

The role requires NBRC credential (CRT or RRT), BLS, state licensure, and ACLS on hire. Shift is 7 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. with compensation of $39 per hour and per diem eligibility.

Qualifications

• Active CRT or RRT credential from NBRC or state equivalent.
• BLS certification by start date.
• Current state licensure required.
• ACLS required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating patients and recommending an appropriate treatment plan.
• Providing respiratory care to patients with critical and complex medical and surgical conditions.
• Performing insertion and removal of endotracheal tubes.
• Promoting continuous quality improvement.
• Teaching and counseling patients/families.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
