Job summary

Carson Valley Health is seeking a Respiratory Therapist (Nights) - Per Diem to perform respiratory therapy procedures, 12-lead EKGs and outpatient pulmonary testing across the ICU, ER and medical/surgical units.

The role requires an active Nevada Respiratory Care Practitioner license, NBRC RRT credential, ACLS/PALS/BLS, and two years of acute care experience. Per diem status adds 15% to the hourly rate with on-call shifts.

Qualifications

• Must graduate from an approved school of respiratory care.
• Must have working-level English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Computer literacy required.

Responsibilities

• Performs respiratory therapy procedures per protocol and physician orders.
• Operates 12‑lead EKGs and outpatient pulmonary testing.
• Works in ICU, ER, and medical/surgical units with on-call duties.
