Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of respiratory care.
• Must have working-level knowledge of the English language, including reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Computer literacy and familiarity with EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Performs respiratory therapy procedures per protocol and physician orders.
• Performs 12-lead EKGs and outpatient respiratory procedures.
• Schedules and conducts pulmonary function testing and overnight oximetry testing.
• Maintains equipment and ensures proper documentation in patient records.
• Provides care for neonatal to geriatric patients and participates in code/rapid response teams.
