Job summary

SolutionHealth's Respiratory Therapy team in Manchester, NH, seeks a licensed Respiratory Therapist for night shifts. You will deliver comprehensive respiratory care, including ventilator management, ABG analysis, and patient education, across adult to neonatal populations.

Required: Associate Degree, NH licensure, CRT/RRT, and BLS; ACLS/PALS within six months. Prior clinical experience preferred for newborn/pediatric procedures.

Qualifications

• Requires Associate Degree and licensure as Respiratory Therapist (NH).
• CRT or RRT must be passed at hire or prior.
• Current BLS required; ACLS/PALS within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide a wide range of respiratory care services to patients of all ages.
• Administer medications and manage oxygen therapy per orders.
• Perform arterial blood gas draws, analysis, and interpretation.
• Assist in airway management and ventilation changes per protocols.
• Participate in Trauma/Code and Critical Care Transport teams.
• Support education for patients and families.
