Job summary

Talent Solutions Partners seeks a Respiratory Therapist for a community hospital in Ohio on the night shift. The role covers bedside therapies across pediatric to geriatric patients, ventilator management, airway procedures, and patient. family education.

Candidates should hold CRT or RRT, Ohio license, BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP, with at least 3 years of cardiopulmonary experience. The position offers nights, 36 hours weekly, and a competitive hourly wage with a $25k sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA-approved School of Respiratory Therapy.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and documentation skills.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education.

Responsibilities

• Administer respiratory therapy treatments across patient age groups.
• Manage mechanical ventilators and airway support.
• Perform airway management and suctioning as needed.
• Perform arterial blood gas sampling and analysis.
• Conduct EKGs and report to physicians per protocol.
• Operate and test respiratory equipment and ensure safety.
• Assess patient tolerance and response to treatment; adjust plans accordingly.
• Participate in on-call rotation and weekend rotations.
• Document data in the PCN after services.
