Confident Search Consultants is seeking a Respiratory Therapist for a community-focused hospital in Ohio. The night shift runs from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM, with a 36-hour work week and every 3rd weekend rotation. Compensation ranges from $29 to $40 per hour, plus a $25K SOB and shift differential.

Responsibilities include managing ventilators, ABG sampling, EKGs, and patient care across age groups, along with on-call duties and ongoing professional development.

Formación

• Graduate of an AMA-approved School of Respiratory Therapy.
• NBRC Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT).
• Licensed by the Ohio Respiratory Care Board.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications.
• 3+ years of experience in cardiopulmonary services preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Administer respiratory therapy treatments across all patient ages.
• Set up and monitor mechanical ventilators and airway management.
• Perform emergency intubation and airway management.
• Perform arterial punctures for blood gas analysis and monitor complications.
• Perform EKGs and report transmission to physicians.
• Inspect and operate respiratory therapy equipment.
• Assess patient status and adjust care plans.
• Document data in the PCN after services.
• Participate in on-call rotations and weekly schedules.
