Saint Alphonsus Medical Center in Ontario, OR is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Nights Registered Respiratory Therapist to join the Respiratory Therapy team. The role includes ventilator management, pulmonary diagnostics, and airway care, with opportunities for sign-on and relocation incentives and Day 1 benefits.

Responsibilities include independent clinical judgment, rounds with physicians in critical care, and mentorship of new staff while supporting patient-centered care in a diverse

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice respiratory care in the state of Oregon.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with NBRC.
• BLS required at hire; ACLS/PALS may be required in lieu of BLS; NRP/ACLS/PALS within 6 months.
• Other SAHS certifications per Crosswalk may apply.

Responsabilités

• Perform respiratory assessments, ventilator management and airway care.
• Deliver pulmonary diagnostics and therapeutic interventions per orders.
• Assist with intubation, CPR and bronchoscopy support as needed.
• Collaborate in multidisciplinary rounds and mentor staff.
• Routinely monitor and respond to patient condition changes and protocols.
