Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Resin Technician for night shift operations to manufacture resin and latex products. You will operate and monitor batch processes, perform routine testing, and ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines while coordinating with team members to meet production goals.

The role requires experience with batch processes, handling hazardous materials, and willingness to obtain forklift certification if not already held.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Manually clean reactors and all component parts related to breakdown and assembly.
• Monitor and control resin batch through computer system.
• Troubleshoot issues as needed and ensure smooth operation.
• Filter resin batches to meet quality specs.
• Pre-batch verification of raw materials and SKUs.
