Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a manufacturing operator to set up, run, and maintain production equipment for paint and coating products. The role involves operating HSDs, pumps, robotics, forklifts, and other machinery on a 3rd shift from 9:30pm to 6:00am, with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.

Responsibilities include loading materials, monitoring materials and finished goods for quality, maintaining logs, and coordinating with other departments to meet production schedules.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Operate paint-making control systems and equipment such as HSDs, pumps, and robotics.
• Load and unload trucks with raw materials and finished goods.
• Monitor raw materials and finished goods for quality.
• Keep equipment logs and report breakdowns promptly.
• Maintain production records and collaborate to complete orders on time.
• Keep tools and work area clean and organized daily.
• Provide technical support and training to team members.
• Contribute ideas to improve manufacturing procedures.
