Buffalo Valley is seeking a Residential Technician for the 3rd shift in Nashville, TN. The role supports clients, answers calls, and ensures confidentiality and safety during overnight hours.

Responsibilities include assisting clients with supplies, enforcing house rules, and helping maintain facilities. High school diploma or GED required; CPR/First Aid certification required; background check and drug screen required. Weekend/holiday shifts included.

Qualifications

• Typing speed of at least 20 wpm.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• CPR and First Aid certifications are required.
• Background check and drug screening are required.

Responsibilities

• Represent the on-duty team and maintain consistency.
• Practice Universal Precautions at all times.
• Answer phones and relay messages to staff voicemail.
• Complete pre-admission screening forms for after-hours calls.
• Protect client confidentiality and verify authorized releases.
