Qualifications

• Basic understanding of homelessness and related client needs.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with diverse staff.
• Capacity to engage clients with a range of behaviors safely.

Responsibilities

• Interact with residents in common areas and milieu.
• Assist clinical staff in coordinating services for residents.
• Support on-site activities, groups, and meetings.
• Manage building operations in the absence of others.
• Ensure safety and monitor access and security.
• Respond to crises and emergencies as needed.
• Document significant events in daily logs.
