Paycom - ATS is seeking an Experienced Recovery Care Specialist to support clients in a 3rd shift role at our Aster Springs facility in Glen Allen, VA. Responsibilities include maintaining a therapeutic milieu, documenting care, and collaborating with the clinical team to implement interventions.

Requires a high school diploma and at least one year in behavioral health; bachelor’s preferred. The role emphasizes safety, client engagement, and adherence to DBT-informed strategies while supporting

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a behavioral healthcare setting, preferably with clients with eating disorders.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborates with clinical team to determine and select interventions based on client needs.
• Actively participates in milieu activities and group settings.
• Encourages ADLs including room cleaning, hygiene, and laundry.
• Promotes timely meals and provides supervision and structure at mealtimes.
• Maintains a therapeutic environment in collaboration with staff.
• Interacts therapeutically in one-to-one, group, and community settings.
• Assists with client education groups and crisis management as needed.
• Documents services, incidents, and shift notes in a timely, accurate manner.
