Maintains compliance with safety and government regulations, oversees equipment maintenance, and promotes a safe work environment. Coordinates with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and manages KPIs related to warehouse performance. Leads pre-shift meetings and communicates key information to staff. Responsible for staffing, training, and developing department goals, with possible involvement in labor agreement administration.
