Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead and train the team on the shop floor and monitor production performance.
• Collaborate with Supervisors to reallocate resources to meet goals.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure proper workflow.
• Maintain attendance roster for Emergency Evacuation purposes.
• Participate in 6S audits and implement floor changes as needed.
• Monitor KPI and SLA performance and escalate issues to supervisor.
