Menzies Aviation is seeking a Ramp Supervisor to oversee ramp agents responsible for loading and unloading luggage, freight, and cargo on aircraft. The role includes directing resources, ensuring safety, and handling baggage operations within a dynamic, outdoor environment.

The position requires 18+, a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Training, benefits, and career progression are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Must pass pre-employment testing including a drug screen.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Capable of lifting up to 70 lbs.
• Priority given to ramp experience (1 year preferred).
• Must be available for variable shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Work indoors and outdoors; exposed to all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Directs the work of ramp agents and allocates resources.
• Complete shift reports and clear exceptions in the system.
• Ensure ramp personnel follow safety regulations.
• Read weight, balance, hazard labels, and loading manifests.
• Assist in baggage handling and occasionally operate ground support equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
