Job summary

Savage is seeking a Logistics Coordinator for night shift duties in Williston, ND. The role centers on coordinating nightly rail car movement, loading/unloading, and maintaining accurate inventory and reporting.

You will interact with railroad supervision and customer service teams, handling issues and ensuring efficient operations. The position offers a 7 nights on/7 nights off schedule, 5pm–5am shifts, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan with matching.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of logistics experience or related field.
• Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nightly rail car movement and activities (loading/unloading).
• Prepare daily switch activity and organize movement of people/equipment.
• Resolve local rail issues with railroad supervision and customer service teams.
• Coordinate rail car repairs with onsite personnel and vendors.
• Maintain rail car inventory and prepare bill-of-lading for outbound cars.
• Work with inventory systems to report information to customers daily/weekly.
