Heidelberg Materials is seeking a safety-focused rail loadout operator in Texas. You will safely operate rail loadout systems to load aggregates into railcars per production schedules, inspect railcars and equipment, and collaborate with maintenance and transportation teams.

This role requires strong attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varied outdoor conditions; starting pay $24.15/hr DOE.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate rail loadout systems and equipment to load aggregate products into railcars per production schedules.
• Inspect railcars, loading equipment, and work areas for safety and efficiency.
• Monitor loadout processes and maintain accurate production, inventory, and shipment records.
• Perform routine housekeeping, basic maintenance, and inspections to support reliability.
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and transportation teams to meet customer and shipping requirements.
