Job summary

Texas Materials, a CRH Company, is seeking a Rail Loadout Operator for the Marble Falls plant. The role focuses on loading railcars, inspecting equipment, and coordinating with the railroad to ensure correct product blends are loaded.

Weekend overtime may be required based on operations. Ideal candidates will have basic education, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work 5 PM–5 AM on Monday through Thursday.

Qualifications

• Must have GED/High School Diploma (preferred).
• Experience is preferred but not required.
• Must have valid driver's license and be able to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Inspect railcars before loading and ensure cleanliness and condition.
• Load material and verify car list, assigning cars to correct orders.
• Bill cars with the railroad and update shipment and production records.
• Troubleshoot load-out system issues and perform duties as assigned by supervisor.
