Job summary

Advocate Health in Concord, NC is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures under the Radiologist's supervision. The role requires coordinating daily workflows and clerical duties while maintaining patient safety and image quality.

Candidates must graduate from an ARRT‑recognized Radiologic Technology program and be registry eligible with completion within 1 year; CPR certification is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an ARRT-recognized Radiologic Technology program.
• Registry eligible with registry completion within 1 year of hire date; CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Performs radiographic examinations and fluoroscopic procedures under radiologist supervision.
• Coordinates daily activities including performing examinations and related clerical duties.
• Documents patient history for the specific procedure on physician requisition.
• Verifies patient identity prior to procedures.
• Prepares and administers contrast media as required.
• Consults with radiologist and other physicians as needed.
• Operates radiographic equipment and ensures proper positioning and safety.
