Job summary

Qualifications

• Completed two-year degree program in Radiologic Technology.
• ARRT certification or eligibility; must be certified within 30 days of hire.
• CPR certification from American Heart Association within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform radiographic procedures using ionizing radiation for diagnosis.
• Position imaging equipment and adjust exposure parameters.
• Administer intravenous contrast as directed and ensure patient safety.
• Review images for quality and notify physicians of any concerns.
• Maintain accurate patient records in RIS and PACS.
• Ensure aseptic technique and infection control in the radiology department.
