Job summary

Northwestern Medicine seeks a Radiologic Technologist Hospital for a full-time night shift. The position is 40 hours per week (1.0 FTE) with a schedule of 7 days on/7 days off, combining 3x12 hour shifts and 4x10 hour shifts, and a shift differential.

Responsibilities include safety, image quality, and documentation. Requires graduation from an accredited Radiology Technologist Program and ARRT Radiography (R) with BLS.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiology Technologist Program.

Responsibilities

• Maintains accountability for patient safety throughout the imaging process.
• Produces diagnostic-quality images using approved protocols and professional standards.
• Administers contrast in accordance with policy, including screening for contraindications and patient monitoring.
• Coordinates exam flow and prioritizes time-sensitive studies.
• Maintains accurate and timely documentation in medical record and image archive system.
