Cynet Health is seeking a Radiology - Rad Tech for a 13-week night shift assignment in Rockford, IL. The role involves diagnostic imaging including fluoroscopy, C-arm, and portable radiography, with ARRT Radiography registration and IEMA-DNS accreditation required.

Responsibilities include preparing patients, ensuring orders and labs are appropriate, following ALARA principles, and documenting in the EMR. Some holiday coverage and patient education are expected.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited School of Radiologic Technology.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience required.
• ARRT Radiography registration required.
• IEMA-DNS radiography accreditation required.
• CPR or BLS certification approved within 90 days.

Mansioni

• Performs diagnostic radiographic, portable, C-arm, and fluoroscopic procedures.
• Reviews patient history to ensure correct orders and labs; consults radiologist as needed.
• Applies ALARA principles to minimize exposure for patient, staff and self.
• Positions patients to best demonstrate the anatomic area of interest.
• Operates imaging equipment and image capture devices; documents procedure details.
• Documents all information in the EMR and submits images/data for physician review.
• Provides instruction and training to radiography students and staff.
