Cross Country Allied is seeking a travel Radiology Technologist for a travel assignment in Rockford, Illinois. You will perform diagnostic radiographic, portable, C-arm, and fluoroscopic procedures during night shifts, ensuring patient safety and image quality.

You will review orders, position patients, operate imaging equipment, and collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals. 13-week assignment, 40 hours/week, nights.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of radiologic technology.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience.
• Registered with ARRT in radiography (ARRT).
• Radiography accreditation through IEMA‑DNS.
• CPR or BLS certification within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic radiographic, portable, C‑arm, and fluoroscopic procedures.
• Position patients and educate them on safety and comfort; operate imaging equipment.
• Review clinical histories and verify orders; consult radiologists as needed.
• Apply ALARA radiation protection principles; ensure image quality and proper identification.
• Coordinate scheduling and assist with teaching and training of staff.
