Job summary

Medical Solutions Allied is seeking a Travel Radiology Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Rockford, Illinois. The role involves performing diagnostic radiographic, portable, c-arm and fluoroscopic procedures with 40 hours per week on night shifts.

Responsibilities include patient positioning, image capture, and collaboration with radiologists. The ideal candidate will be a graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program with ARRT registration; Illinois/IEMA or Wisconsin

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Radiologic Technology.
• ARRT Radiography registration required.
• IEMA-DNS radiography accreditation required if working in Illinois.
• WI-DSPS radiographer license required if working in Wisconsin.
• CPR or BLS certification within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic radiographic, portable, c-arm and fluoroscopic procedures.
• Prepare and position patients, documenting information for radiologist and provider.
• Operate imaging equipment and ensure patient safety and comfort.
• Process images in PACS and submit for physician review and interpretation.
• Provide instruction for radiography students and maintain universal protocol and patient identifiers.
