• Inspect incoming and outgoing vehicles under LED light tunnels to identify defects.
• Mark defects on vehicles with white crayon for notes.
• Follow OEM procedures when inspecting and noting flaws.
• Track and chart quality data for paint items.
• Drive, detail, and stage vehicles during low-volume periods.
• Communicate data to Quality Manager per standards.
• Coordinate with OEM Supplier Quality teams.
