• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in testing and reporting.
• Ability to communicate with and influence others to drive improvements.
• Ability to run reports and analyze data using quality software.
• Familiarity with measurement devices and MS Office/quality tools.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and test raw materials and finished products to meet quality standards and BRCGS.
• Take measurements and samples per sampling plan and generate reports (lacquer weights, calibration, visual inspections).
• Test with high-tech equipment and update the QC reporting system promptly.
• Monitor CCPs, approve finished goods, and contain out-of-spec items per guidelines.
• Communicate results and progress to team members and collaborate with plant teams to ensure quality.
