Job summary

Candidates should have a HS diploma, 3+ years in leadership within a manufacturing/repair setting, and strong MS Office skills. Training will occur Nov–Jan before night shifts commence.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; 3+ years in a leadership role in fast‑paced, high‑volume manufacturing/repair environments.
• 3+ years in a quality role, preferably manufacturing.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to interface with all levels of staff and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Provide verbal and written inspections, training and audit results.
• Map out quality processes, identify improvements and drive workflow efficiency.
• Perform internal quality audits in line with quality standards.
• Ensure adherence to policies and process standards while maintaining team morale and training staff.
• Create reports to reflect product flow, task completion rates and performance metrics.
• Review Tableau reports and follow up on opportunities with leaders.
• Maintain a safe, organized work environment and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Conduct interviews for nonexempt personnel and temporary staff.
