Job summary

Connectly Recruiting represents a client seeking a Quality Supervisor for the Night Shift. The role oversees nightly QA activities, supports ISO, HARA, and BRCGS requirements, and drives continuous improvement.

You will lead the QA team, manage records, and serve as the environmental contact for the plant. Responsibilities include analyzing non-conformances, performing daily quality record reviews, leading audits, supporting root cause investigations for customer claims, and maintaining 5S and

Qualifications

• Associate Degree or equivalent technical degree or relevant experience.
• Experience leading quality activities and implementing quality policies and procedures.
• Understanding of quality systems and SPC.
• Familiar with BRCGS auditing and SAP preferred.
• Strong communication and training skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of Food Safety, GMPs and HARA principles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nightly QA activities and ensure ISO/BRCGS compliance.
• Analyze non-conforming data and drive corrective actions with production.
• Lead 5S and housekeeping standards and manage documentation.
• Supervise Quality Technicians and Operators including scheduling and attendance.
• Provide training and maintain QA documentation and records.
